FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Select the Book Now button, and you will be taken to the contact page. Select your desired package and any add-ons you would like. Once that is completed, you will be taken to the booking tool, where you can pay for your Event. We accept all Major forms of payment AMEX, MC, VISA.

  • Yes, we are insured up to $1,000,000. If you or the Event Venue need a copy of the policy, we would be happy to provide it.

  • We provide some of the best quality props. Great Props add so much to the Guest experience. Have you considered Custom Props for your Event? Tell us about your Event/Theme, and with enough lead time, we will work to provide quality items for you to keep.

  • We can do them all: Celebrate a Quinceañeras, a Sweet 16, how about Graduations, your Wedding, Brand Launch, Work Christmas Party, Mother's Day, Baby Shower, or 40th Birthday; if you can think it up, we can be there!

  • We don’t provide Neon Signs currently. We hope to add them in the future. If there is a special request.With enough lead time, we can work to provide a great Neon sign.

  • Custom Events are great fun to do. We would strive to make your Event unique to you with backdrops; add your logo. Do you need a life-size cutout prop or a giant head of the guest of honor? Email us, and we can create a quote for your event.

  • Once the booth is set up, it will be very user-friendly. If your guests have used a Tablet or a smartphone, they are already familiar with how to use it. An Attendant can be at your event for the duration of the Booth Rental for an additional fee. See our Upgrades list for that option.

  • If the Event is in our current service area of SE PA, Northern DE, or SW NJ (Approximately 20 miles from Exton, PA). No, we do not charge a travel fee. Engagements outside that area may require a travel fee. We can provide a Quote for you if you provide the Event location and duration.
